Ethel (or Nanny Nettie as she was known to me & my cousins) was a loving Mother to 3 Boys & 6 Girls, the resulting number of Grandchildren, I can only guess, it was more than 30 last time I tried to count. So far I think there are more than 20 Great Grandchildren too.
She was a petite, smartly dressed lady with a large personality, she loved a party and had no trouble getting one started.
She was always full of energy when it came to children (hers or not) and they all respected her hugely. She is sorely missed everyday by so many hearts. RIP Nan. xxx
